Mornings with Pauly
Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Pauly has held a lifelong passion for music and radio. He was ruining his Dad’s records as a toddler, and got his ham radio license at 13. Between his father’s job and his radio career he’s lived on several Caribbean islands and nearly every state in the Southeast.
Pauly’s broadcasting career began at the University of South Carolina’s Alternative outlet WUSC. He hit the “big time” with legendary Nashville rocker 103 KDF, and has been heard on Orlando’s 101.1 WJRR, Brunswick’s 107.7 The Fox, and Knoxville’s 94.3 The X.
He’s also established himself as a respected concert and music photographer, with work gracing concert posters, t-shirts and album covers. Pauly has worked with artists like Metallica, Elton John, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, Def Leppard, Cage the Elephant, Tool, Judas Priest, Cheap Trick, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and dozens more.
His book of “Abandoned Coastal Georgia” is out now.
